Ramona (Lacy) Fowler is co-founder and Managing Partner of Prism Healthcare Partners LTD, bringing to her role more than 20 years’ experience in assisting hundreds of hospitals and health systems improve their financial and operational performance. She is a nationally recognized expert in non-labor cost reduction and operational management.

As the practice leader for the Non-Labor practice of Wellspring Partners, she helped grow Wellspring to become the third-largest healthcare consulting company in the country. Ramona served as Principal at Wellspring Partners and Non-Labor Practice Leader, as well Partner at Arthur Andersen, LLP and as National Supply Chain Practice Leader. Mrs. Lacy Fowler has a B.S. from the University of Louisiana Tech and an MBA from Emory University.

She also is a Certified Public Accountant in in the state of Texas. Mrs. Lacy Fowler is a Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives, Member of Healthcare Financial Management Association, Membership Chair Elect in the South Florida Healthcare Executives Forum and Former Treasurer of the South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum.
